Analysis of statistical processing of thermovision tests' data

The paper presents the results of the thermovision tests' statistical data processing of electric equipment high-voltage (110-330 kV) contacts. It has been shown that modern technologies of thermovision control testing allow to get data which help to obtain exploitation indicators of the reliability after corresponding statistical processing. The possibilities of some methods have been considered using the data from "Kolenergo".

On research of non-stationary heat processes in dielectric by means of thermovision

Thermovision technology has been used for analysis of the heat wave propagation in the material volume. The paper analyses the physical parameter - the temperature conductivity coefficient. The heat flow processes in the constant power and temperature modes have been considered. The presented method shows the possibilities of the thermovision diagnostic in the active heat mode for measuring thermophysical parameters of the insulation materials.

The factor analysis of the diagnostic model of the high-tension device thermovision control

The development of the thermovision diagnostic means to construct diagnostic models for analysis of data of the thermovision control of the high-tension device with different types of the insulation. The influence of different test parameters on the diagnostic parameters' thermovision diagnostics has been shown. The factor analysis of the diagnostic model has been carried out and the factors of the nonlinear equation for the analytical description of thermovision control data have been obtained.

The stability of isolation resistance of powerful electrical machines is closely connected to varnish properties and methods of varnish drying during manufacturing the engine in periods of operation and repair at specialized enterprises.

Evaluation of wind loading influence thermographic diagnostics of energetics objects

Laboratory investigations and experiments on solvent extraction of tantalum from fluoride-sulphuric acid solutions using octanol-1 have been presented. Conditions for precipitating high-purity potassium heptafluorotantalate (PFT) from tantalum re-extracts have been determined. A flowsheet has been developed for the processing of metallic tantalum-bearing wastes with the production of PFT, with optimal regimes for individual process stages. The 500 kg of high-quality PFT accumulated during the testing have been used to produce high-capacity, high-quality tantalum powders for advanced capacitor making.

Application of thermovision inspection for estimation of electric installation heat condition and temperature of windings of marine electric machines

Experimental and theoretical analysis of heat condition equipment and temperature of windings of marine electric machines on the base of remote measurement by means of thermovision inspection has been carried out. It has been shown that it is possible to calculate temperature in volume of windings under different load with sufficient degree of accuracy.

Increase of smoke generator energy efficiency basing estimation of heat flows by the method of numerical thermography

Methods for thermovision diagnostics of heat flow for infrared smoke generator has been developed. The methods help to get objective data about the size of these flows remotely, that makes the diagnostic process easier and more accessible. The developed methods make it possible to reveal unproductive heat flows and considerably simplify optimization of heat flows for the purpose of power supply.

Diagnostics of the infrared smoke generator's heat flows by methods of quantitative IR-thermography with a purpose of energy efficiency raise

For a purpose of energy audit and on the basis of quantitative IR-thermography the diagnostic technic of heat flows produced by processing equipment in food production has been developed. The technic allows to obtain objective data on these flows' size and to work out a set of measures aimed at their optimization. Implementation of these methods has reduced nonproductive heat flows 7 times.

The factor analysis of the diagnostic model of the electrical machine thermovision control

The thermovision diagnostic method of electric motors windings needs to create a diagnostic model for estimating influence of different parameters on stator windings heating. The factor analysis has been carried out and influence of different parameters on the diagnostic model of induction motor has been estimated. It has been shown that the diagnostic model is stable to possible errors during determining various parameters used in calculations.

Analysis of reliability of electrical equipment of North-West fishery companies' ships

Inquiry among experts of North-West fishery companies has been conducted to gather information about different reliability indicators of ship's electrical equipment. Using this information logic-linguistic analysis on the base of expert-factor's method has been made. The main factors influencing reliability of ship electrical equipment operation have been defined. The authors have proposed the creation of specialized scientific-technical laboratories for periodic IR-diagnostics of ship electrical equipment.

Estimation of indicators of ship electrical equipment reliability, influence on the marine safety and probability of insurance risks

The authors present the calculation of electrical equipment reliability using the data of IR-thermography diagnostic of various vessels in different dates. The indicators of ships operation efficiency and safety depend essentially on reliability. Application of technical diagnostic's systems allows preventing or substantially reducing the number of ship equipment failures, forced stop at sea, and therefore the number of insurance cases.
